Our Mission

Alaska Wholesale’s original mission was simple: help Alaska nonprofits access pull-tabs at a fair, reasonable cost. That mission continues today with our charitable gaming POS system.

We are concerned that the two primary POS systems used in Alaska charitable gaming are now controlled by large out-of-state corporate interests. Alaska nonprofits deserve practical tools built around their needs, not excessive fees or systems that are disconnected from how charitable gaming actually works in Alaska.

Our goal is to provide a modern, affordable POS system that helps permittees, vendors, managers, and dealers operate more efficiently while keeping control in the hands of Alaska organizations.

Actively Improving — Early Access

This system is actively being developed and improved. We believe the current version is fully functional for core POS operations, but like any new system, it may not be completely trouble-free in every situation.

We are looking for Alaska organizations willing to help us continue improving it by trying it in real-world use, giving feedback, and helping us identify ways to make it better.

The advantage of building this system today is that modern AI-assisted development allows us to respond to issues, make improvements, and refine workflows much faster than was possible in the past.

Fair, Affordable Pricing

Because Alaska charitable gaming rules do not allow us to simply provide a free POS system, we charge a nominal fee of just $5 per month.

To be honest, this type of system does not need to be overly complicated or excessively expensive. Our goal is not to burden nonprofits with unnecessary fees. Our goal is to provide a practical, affordable tool that helps them manage charitable gaming more effectively.

We believe in being upfront. This POS system is a work in progress. It is intended to be functional and useful today, but users should expect that improvements, adjustments, and occasional fixes may be needed as the system grows.

That said, we believe it already outperforms the competing systems as it stands today — and we're committed to making it even better.
